i've wanting to post something dat i wanted to say in facebook but it is too exposed. either way, blogging has exposure too but not everybody read my blog right..

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRAINING AND TELLING PEOPLE WHAT TO DO!

Huge difference and I've just witnessed recently.. cant blame anyone coz even a trainer was not trained sometimes.. despite having the most higher position or whatsoever, if u are not properly trained, those people who are trained under you will be having a hard time understanding what they were taught so u cant blame those who are under these 'untrained' trainers for being a slow learner. dats my point, get it?!

and since they are untrained, can they be a good leader?? i guess not!
