my worse day today.. woke up to find my throat in pain dis mrng, n afternoon, my girlfren is back to visit me for another week!

looks like it is time that i shud think abt quitting smoking.. my baby izam have been insisting me to quit n he get irritated wen i answered dat its not yet the time. He quitting also but even so, if im not yet gonna think of quitting, i was given some terms n conditions. number 1, 'no smoking allowed in his presence' it looks easy but for me, its kind of harsh.. i cant smoke in the presence of my parents n now him. number 2, ' he wont control his diet n start growing fat if i wont quit' well, i dun like fatty bf so its another harsh condition for me too.

having said all this n currently suffering from sorethroat, i m really going to quit my smoking habit. maybe for now, i'll try to smoke 2 stick per day n see if i can maintain this for a mth.. i must do this! it will save my life n money!

now, i'm going to say the pledge like those on TV!
